The electrically insulating and thermally conductive engineering plastics can be used alone in lamps requiring high-voltage drive, which can fully meet the dual requirements of the radiator for the electrical insulation and thermal conductivity of the engineering plastic substrate, and improve the electrical reliability of the radiator without changing the original mechanical properties of the plastic substrate. The thermal conductivity of insulating plastics will be higher, which is mainly used in some low-voltage and high-power spotlights. Obviously, thermal engineering plastics have much higher insulation and reliability than metals, but they can't pass the high-voltage test alone.
